As IMO you can help build capacity of the partners, sharing both your technical expertise but also developing specific trainings based on the partners’ needs. Common FSC IM trainings cover database management skills (e.g., advanced excel), mapping and data visualization tools (e.g., GIS, Tableau, PowerBI), data collection tools (e.g., Kobo), assessments, etc. Sharing a simple poll on trainings that partners would like to receive is a useful way to identify partners needs and also to show the cluster is actively developing rapport (FSC CXB example here).
Please note that as IMO you can utilise expertise of the CLAs, gFSC and also specific partners when undertaking trainings. Note that harnessing and identifying partners strengths is a useful mechanism and can allow you to facilitate partner on partner training.
