As a cluster it is important to record and track the active partners and their respective focal points. During a response, expect changes both in regard to partner participation in the cluster and personnel; keeping track of fluid staffing can be a challenge.
As IMO for the Cluster, you can support the CC in developing and disseminating a registration form, updated on a cyclical basis, to ensure that the cluster is aware of which partners are active in the response, who to contact for what etc.
Examples of Partner Registration forms developed by FSC country teams are available here. Please note that you can use jotforms, or alternatively Microsoft Forms to capture this information. It is important to work closely with the Cluster Coordinator to develop the form and to ensure the necessary information is collected.
