During a Cluster meeting you will be required to record the attendance list. 

In addition you should develop a PowerPoint template for presentations, example here. 

You may also be required to support taking the minutes of the meeting, which should be circulated within 48 hours of the meeting. In an emergency however this is required within hours of the meeting. Structuring the MoMs clearly and logically is important. Examples are available here.
