As described in the CC Handbook: Chapter 6.5, inter cluster/ sector assessments are commonly implemented in humanitarian contexts to help direct the response. For instance the Multi Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) and the Multi-Cluster/Sector Initial Rapid Assessment (MIRA) are implemented cross-cluster respectively in protracted crises and sudden-onset emergencies.
