Guidance on understanding, identifying and selecting appropriate indicators for assessments (see Indicator Handbook) is available to you. It is important that assessments have indicators that are appropriate, quantifiable and informative. It is advisable to double-check the indicators and thresholds for each assessment before it is implemented, especially when the organizations carrying out the assessments do not have technical FS expertise (there is no need to check the indicators for CLAs assessments).
