# Chapter 10 - Trainings for FSC IMO

The FSC operates in a rapidly developing field and therefore keeping up to date with technological changes requires constant attention. If you have specific ideas or training needs, please reach out to your gFSC IM focal point. Please note that you can be proactive and identify trainings which are beneficial to you and the Cluster team (perhaps start by reviewing the trainings available from the CLAs).
