As an IMO you need to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring that you are constantly adopting the latest technologies and learning new skills. The FSC operates in a rapidly developing field and therefore keeping up to date with technological changes requires constant attention. Please note that you can be proactive and identify trainings which are beneficial to you and the Cluster team (perhaps start by reviewing the trainings available from the CLAs).
