Following a good IM practice, the gFSC is maintaining a Skype Group as a medium to enable collaboration and communication among FSC IMOs in different countries. This Skype group provides a secure space for the IMOs to talk about challenges, plans, and technical aspects of IM. This Skype group was setup mainly to:

• Create a community atmosphere
• Help each other across countries
• Provide a venue to potential support by contacting a broad group of IM colleagues
• Provide venue for discussion
• Share best practices and templates
