The FSC coordination team generally refers to, at minimum, a Cluster Coordinator and an Information Management Officer (IMO) based in one or preferably both of the CLAs’ offices.

In large scale emergencies, and based on needs and funding availability, the coordination team may also include dedicated sub-national Coordinators, food security analysts and additional IM capacity, who generally are under technical and administrative (when applicable) supervision of the FSC Coordinator. Along with developing the TORs of the FSC, the development of an FSC organigram is recommended.
