The focus of a country level FSC is defined jointly with the CLAs and the FSC partners, according to the needs of the particular situation and in line with HCT recommendations. In general, the aim is to bring together national and international humanitarian partners, who should collaborate to improve the timeliness and impact of food security assistance on the lives of affected communities.
